TITLE: Receptionist.

Hilix salons is looking to recruit a vibrant lady for the role of receptionist. We are a beauty center with great values and set standards offering diverse services to our clients. REPORTS TO: HILIX Salons Manager

JOB SUMMARY: The receptionist is the welcome face of the salon whose main role is to receive clients, manage appointments and follow up on client satisfaction.  The receptionist promotes sales and performs light data entry projects for the institution as needed or as requested and like all employees, has the obligation to work according to salon standards and quality. Training on the role will be provided by the salon across the different platforms that receptionist will be expected to use.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

The role of the receptionist is defined but not limited to the responsibilities and duties below.

APPOINTMENTS

-          The receptionist’s main role is to manage appointments for the salon.

-          The receptionist will manage the calendar for all stylists at the saloon. This is to make sure stylists are available on given days.

CASHIER

-          The receptionist will receive cash from clients and stylists against signed receipts.

-          They will do cash reconciliations daily and hand over report to Manager at the end of the day.

DATA ENTRY

-          The receptionist will manage data entry at the saloon.

CUSTOMER CARE

-          The receptionist will have to take care of clients.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCE

-          Should be between 20 – 30 years old.

-          Must be computer literate. Should have good knowledge of Microsoft Word and excel.

-          Should have a good notion of social media platforms.

-          Preferably lives in the areas of Kotto, Bonamousadi, Sable, Makepe, Bepanda, Deido.

-          Preferably bilingual
