RECEPTIONISTS

Experience & Qualifications 

  • License or BTS level / training in hospitality 
  • Age: 22-35 years old 
  • Minimum Experience: 01 year 
  • Language: bilingual (French and English) 
  • Know how to be: hospitality, responsibility, professionalism and excellence
Main missions:
    • Reception of individual clients and groups 
    • Management of reservations and customer accounts 
    • Presentation of hotel services, promotion of boutique products 
    • Plan reservations and room occupancy. 
    • In the hotelpro software
    • Collect notes and check payments.
    • Work independently according to pre-established procedures. 
    • Adapt to the diversity of the clientele Switch with ease from one language to another. 
    • Coordination with housekeeping.
