The Chief Executive of ERuDeF in Buea, Cameroon is pleased to announce that the Organization is recruiting senior managers in the Departments of Conservation, Forestry, Agriculture, Women & Gender as well as its Humanitarian and Administrative Divisions. Suitably qualified candidates should have a minimum of a Masters degree in the relevant areas of recruitment. Several years of experience are required as the advertised positions are not for early career and or fresh from school candidates. We are seeking for candidates with at least 5 years in similar positions from other organizations and preferably 5 years upward. We are seeking for candidates with experience in research, peer review publications, involvement in NGO work, management of big projects, working in fast paced environments with very high pressure, multi tasked and multiple deadlines to achieve. We are seeking for individuals with very high levels of creativity and proactiveness. We are not seeking for job seekers whose sole purpose is to make money. We are looking for those who have the knack to build a career vision and legacy in a constrained environment with minimal supervision. We are seeking for those with a high grammar strength.
