MISSION: Empowering men, women, youths and the disadvantaged with the tools necessary to help them improve the quality of their lives. We want the oppressed, the poor and less privileged live a life of meaning and worth. God has laid this burden in our hearts and with your assistance we can begin to realize our aspirations.

Context

Goodness and Mercy Missions helps people in the North West and other parts of Cameroon come out of poverty and develop a sustainable livelihood for themselves. It is through exposure of its activities that many people will come on board to support the work. It is to this light this opportunity is launched. Volunteers will work with information provided by the organization. Volunteers can either work alone or in a group. Communication will be via email, skype, whatSapp and any other relevant media platform. The language use is English, and French is also accepted.

Task Description

Goodness and Mercy Missions has been providing tools and means to the underprivileged for a sustainable livelihood since 2007. A lot of activities have been going on, - from child sponsorship, women empowerment to several community development initiatives. Most of these programs lack online presence or lack adequate exposure. GMM is looking for volunteers who will help rework on its media platform to really reflect the progress and impact the organizations makes on the ground. Volunteers will rework or give relevant advice on adjustments on the website, blog and social media platforms.
