In need of his services, one of our clients is looking for a restaurant manager with the following missions:
Missions and Responsibilities:
• Ensure the supervision, coordination and management of restaurant activities
• Set up marketing strategies to ensure a good reception and quality service, in order to develop the employer brand and retain customers
• Ensure reporting to management
• Ensure financial management, definition of tariffs and compliance with standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage reservations
• Develop the staff work schedule
• Design development and performance strategies for the establishment.
Required profile:
• Hold a diploma in catering and hotel
• Justify at least 4 to 5 years of experience
• Have a good knowledge of the industry
• Know the regulations in force
• Have notions in cooking, commerce, management, or management
• Be perfectly bilingual
• Have a strong personality and be result oriented
• Strong skills in IT practice.
