Job Description

By using the products themselves, our representatives know their effectiveness directly and promote them personally through personal communication and sharing of actual experiences. The business model adopted fosters the growth and prosperity of anyone who wants to operate as Xenia Independent Sales Representative.

Xenia Global is seeking for a motivated and organized Sales Agent to close sales and boost our customer in Yaounde. You will utilize established leads and find new leads for potential customers. After making initial contact, you will present the benefits of our products and services, helping them understand how these products can enhance their everyday lives. We prefer candidates who have at least 6 months of sales experience and a solid history of closing sales, but we are willing to train and work with the right person. The agent will work in the Yaounde branch shop. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
  • Contact potential customers through phone calls and emails
  • Determine customer needs and offer product or service solutions and support
  • Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies
  • Close sales and lead customer through the purchasing process
  • Maintain a record of calls through our computerized system
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective clients
  • Turn all suspects to prospects 

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Sales experience preferred with a demonstrated successful sales record
  • In-depth understanding of company services
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Sales force experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very bilingual (French and English) 

Office Duties

  • Very bilingual (French and English)
  • Handling incoming calls and other communications
  • Managing filing system.
  • Maintain and manage stock
  • Recording information as needed.
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • General office errands.
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed.
  • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
