Main Responsibilities

*Create and develop sales strategies to enhance business growth.

*Wholesale and Distributiin Management.

*Analyze, evaluate and assess sales territories for own products or services.

*Recommend improvements and changes as appropriate to company sales policies.

*Determine and set goals and objectives for the sales professionals on field

*Support, lead and mentor sales personnel in achieving sales outcomes.


Minimum Requirements

* A degree in Marketing or Equivalent

*Sales Reporting in English language, bilingual candidate is a plus.
*Minimum 3 years experience in Sales and Marketing activities
* Must be located in Yaoundé - Cameroon
