Required Results:

Regularly produce and disseminate restaurant and food marketing  intent via different outlets and strategy ensuring an increase in  Clients Data Base

 

Achieve Daily Sales of 300 plates of food per day through dine in, deliveries and pick ups

Ensure Catering Services contracts are Gained in a Monthly Bases

Organise innovative events, activities and propmitions that improve and guarantee sales

Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Manager responsibilities include:

1) Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team, deliveries, orders and pre-order.

2) Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands  Kuchina’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence both online and offline

3) Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives, Delivery agents, etc

Responsibilities

1) Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

2)Design and implement  monthly strategic business plans/Projects that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence online and offline, evident through increasing sales

3) Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives, Delivery agents 

4) Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with customers, and other stakeholders and understanding their needs

5) Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team, and provide daily sales and expense analysis

6) Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

7) Take initiatives in filling other business Gaps, through effective and efficient team work and a sense of collaboration
