JOB DESCRIPTION

The firm  "SUCCESS CONSULTS" recruits for one of its customers, a company specializing in retail branded products and headquartered in Douala, with agencies in 05 regions of the country,  A COMMERCIAL reponsable.

Under the authority of the Commercial Director, his main activities will be:

- Design the commercial strategy,

- Develop the company's partnerships with large accounts and supermarkets,

- Ensure the customer relationship with the partners of large accounts and supermarkets in order to retain them,

- Supervise the activities and work of salespeople and hostesses in supermarkets and various points of sale,

- Coordinate and control point of sale delivery operations,

- Ensure competitive intelligence,

- Produce monthly trade statistics,

- Coordinate order management,

- Supervise a team of 05 salespeople,

- Carry out market studies as needed,

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- M / F between 30 and 45 years old,

- Min Bac + 3 in Marketing or equivalent,

- Min 04/05 years of experience in mass distribution,

- Proven experience in managing sales teams,

- Good knowledge of Sage Commercial Management,

- Mastery of the pack Office

- Proven ability in inventory control,

- Loyal and courteous,

- High sense of responsibility,

- Creative, motivated, with a sense of teamwork and a job well done,

- Sense of service, rigorous and methodical

- Immediately available

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

- Trial + CDI
