JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a growing financial company based in New town Limbe, Cameroon, with the aim of making finance better, using technology to create improved customer experiences and bring more financial clarity.

ZitoFinancial is on the lookout for a unique individual with remarkable skill sets who is enthusiastic in the position of a social media manager. Also;

1) Must have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations or similar.

2) He/she should be willing and able to work in the post of responsibility, with at least a year experience.

3) Bilingualism, with good writing and communications skills, is an added advantage.

4) Have appropriate computer and creativity skills with respect to social media marketing.

As a social media manager, you will be responsible in;

1) Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand 

2) Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns

3) Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts

4) Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy while identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements

5) Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities.

6) Setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns.
