The company HSCONNECT specialized in the provision of IT services and solutions is looking for a technical team in the cities of Douala, Yaoundé, Bafia, Ngaoundéré, Obala, Nkongsamba, Bafang, Bafoussam, Dschang, Sa'a, to manage the back-office of one of it's products, the digital platform for schools and universities USM (Unified School Manager) and to assist the different customers in person.

Requirements:
- Be fluent, proficient in writing and speaking French and English (spelling, grammar and conjugation)
- Be perfectly bi-lingual (French and English)
- Good mastery of computer tools and social networking platforms
- Knowledge in application softwares such as Word, Excel, Power point...

Missions :
* Create user profiles and load data
* Counsel and assist users on-site, face-to face meetings and by phone calls
* Managing and assisting users in updating their data
* Train users on the platform in person, by phone or via the online assistant

REMUNERATION: Salary will be negotiated on a profile and skills basis and will be based on the minimum wage.

Type of contract : Fixed term contract
