Technical inside sales representative

In order to further strengthen its team in Douala and support its growth, TAK connections is in need of two inside sales representatives.

Your role and challenges

As an inside sales representative, you will be responsible for: capturing new leads, carrying out research (client profiling and information gathering), email outreach, remote product demos, virtual sales, virtual customer support etc. For this customer-facing role, you need excellent soft skills as well as a strong affinity for technology.

Your profile

? You hold a bachelor’s degree in the hard sciences and a strong affinity for recent technologies.

? You have between 0 and 18 months (absolute maximum) working experience. This experience does not necessarily need to be in sales or customer service. We value intelligence over experience.

? You are proficient with using web-based business tools like hubspot, trello, google drive (sheets, docs etc).

? You have an analytic mindset - you are comfortable with sifting through large amounts of data and finding patterns.

? You are precise and efficient in your work.

? Structured way of working - you work according to well defined rules and methods.

? Strong communication skills in English (highly desirable) and French (good to have).
