One Woman Business is a Franco-Swiss non-profit Association under Cameroonian law with the mission to fight against poverty and unemployment among women in Cameroon. In order to ensure the development of its activities in the city of Yaoundé, recruits professional trainees in traditional and digital communication.

1. Missions of the intern

Under the supervision of the coordinator of the association, the trainee will have to contribute to 

• Manage communication actions:
• Design and implement a publication schedule;
• Animate the various communication platforms of the association:
• Prepare the content of publications based on the actions carried out by Good People;
• Write monthly communication reports.

2. Candidate profile

• Hold at least a BTS or a license in communication/marketing, corporate advertising or any other equivalent diploma;
• Additional skills in Community management would be an asset:
• Have the ability to integrate a multidisciplinary work team in a multicultural environment;
• Be available throughout the duration of the internship;
• Have a good command of computers (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) as well as other communication software:
• Have some knowledge of software for editing and processing images, videos, etc. Shooting skills would be an asset;
• Have a good oral and written expression in French (neat and correct spelling), fluency in English would be an asset:
• Be motivated, rigorous, and organized;
• Possess strong writing skills
• Possess public speaking skills (public speaking)
• Have knowledge of techniques related to digital and traditional communication
• Be able to work effectively in a team and under pressure
