The Role

IHS Towers is seeking a technical Utility Engineer to join our team in Cameroon!

 

Key Responsibilities

• Repair of faulty LV grid connections
• Supervision and validation of SBCs works on rehabilitation and new connections
• Routine maintenance of grid installations
• Collation of monthly data on Eneo Meter Index
• Liaison between IHS and Eneo local agencies
• Performance report on SBCs performance

 

Key Requirements

• 3 years' experience in related field
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technical discipline
• Trained and certified to work on Eneo Installations for both MV and LV distribution lines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Cost driven individual with an eye for detail
• Assertiveness and goal driven 
• Sound technical background with hands-on experience on grid repairs and establishment of new grid connections
• Experience working as an ENEO staff or ENEO certified sub-contractor will be a plus
