Virtual Assistant – Medical Sales Representative/Life Insurance Sales and Recruiting

I own a medical billing business here in the USA and I am also a licensed insurance producer. 

I am looking for assistance with the following tasks in both of my businesses.  

I want to hire 1 assistant immediately and probably another one shortly after. If you meet these requirements, please apply and let’s work together. 

1. Available to work U.S. business hours Central Time zone. 

2. Available for progress update meeting - Saturday 

3. Create and post content on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google my business,  

Youtube, Tiktok, Yelp, etc) with or without the use of a CRM 

4. Interact in groups on social media platforms (post and answer questions) 

5. Be comfortable managing 2 different e-mail accounts (2 different audiences) 

6. Be comfortable managing 2 different phone numbers 

7. Answer incoming calls and follow up with prospects 

8. Setup outgoing texts messages and call various prospects and urge them to signup 

9. Setup upcoming appointments and send appointment reminders for sales call 

10. Setup upcoming appointments and send appointment reminders for demo with new clients 

11. Request and collect application information for FFIUL from leads 

12. Send insurance brochure to leads on appointment confirmation  

13. Attend demo and sales presentations (Both businesses) 

14. Upon completion of training, be able to write applications with Leads live 

15. Follow up on pending applications 

16. Follow up on pending contracts  

17. Send BPM invitation twice a week (Tuesday night and Saturday Morning) and follow up with  

invited guests. 

18. Reconcile monthly expense reports (both businesses) 

19. Send seasonal greetings to clients and members 

20. Send invoices at the end of the month  

21. Must have own computer and reliable high speed internet connection 

22. Other duties as assigned. 

Basic Knowledge, skills and qualifications 

• Fluent English speaker, some French 

• Knowledge of basic American Idioms 

• Familiar with various social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Mybusiness,  

Youtube, Tiktok, Yelp, etc) 

• Knowledge and use of Microsoft word, excel, outlook, Teams, 

• Open to learning and using various CRMs 

• Familiar with using google Myvoice 

• Familiarity with the different time zones difference in North America
