DAWE is recruiting volunteers in the areas of:

1. Grant Writing and Project Management

2. Child caregiving

3. Early education teachers

4. Communication specialist

The Dynamic Association of Women Empowerment(DAWE) is a philanthropic organization that aims at closing the gender inequality in the labour market and providing a safe space for children to have fun while studying. We carry out the following activities:

1. Daycare services(Douala, Yaounde and Bamenda)

2. Bilingual Nursery and primary education

3. Functional literacy and entrepreneurship classes for young girls and women

4. Aid to women in developing business ideas

5. Psychological follow up of women in trauma due to the Anglophone crisis

6. Club activities for young children.
