Tasks We are looking to hire a website manager with an analytical mind and a detailed understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay Per Click (PPC). He/she is expected to have excellent attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving skills, and display an excellent understanding of content management systems (CMS) and technology infrastructures using CSS, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Web-Proxy, and Security Audits. He/she should be comfortable troubleshooting our websites and constantly improve the User Experience (UX). Working directly with the Business development and Sales Associate, the successful candidate will have as responsibilities: Expected Time Commitment; The consultant is expected to come-in ones a week but may be called up more than ones should there be an urgency. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the groups 's website. - Respond to and troubleshoot all websites issues. - Identify and respond to all website security breaches. - Ensure that the websites are protected by enabling the appropriate security measures. - Update HTML, CSS and JavaScript regularly. - Upload new website and blog contents (Contents will be provided to you) - Design standard newsletter and ensure that the newsletter is automatically emailed to Mailchimp subscribers - Ensure websites quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans. - Improve the User Experience of the websites regularly. - Propose strategies to grow Mailchimp subscriber base and web traffic metrics. - SEO - Graphic designing weekly blogposts - Supports Ads implementation and management on Google and Social media pages (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc) - Give weekly feedback and recommendations on website analytics and social medial insights Fort Alternates Holdings Ltd.
